Bee-Haven Honey
Bee-Haven Honey Farm Inc. is a family-owned and operated farm located in sunny Central Florida. We are dedicated to the production of raw Florida honey. All of our honey is unprocessed, going from the hive to the jar with minimal handling. We believe in the natural and healthy properties of raw honey and never want to remove any of them from our product. Local honey is not only loaded with antioxidants, but it is also great for the prevention of allergies and is the healthiest alternative to processed sugar. From start to finish, we produce and package three separate varieties of natural honey: Orange Blossom Honey, Gallberry Honey (otherwise known as wildflower honey), and Florida Allergy Blend Honey. Not only is each type delicious, but each is also associated with its own unique and flavorful taste.
Orange Blossom
The renowned citrus ridge that runs through the middle of the Sunshine State is the perfect place for our bees to produce the most delightful orange blossom honey found anywhere in the world. At Bee-Haven Honey Farm, we place our bees in these orange groves so the honey we produce is very sweet with that distinctive citrus undertone.

Gallberry
Gallberry honey is a bit milder than orange blossom honey. Ours is extra special because it’s enhanced by many other native wildflowers that grow in the Osceola National Forest. Bees that have access to gallberry bushes produce a very mild, light-colored honey which is delicious, very smooth, and always enjoyable.

Florida Allergy Blend
Did you know that raw local honey may provide relief from seasonal allergy symptoms? Because this honey contains many local pollens, regular consumption allows your body to build antibodies. Our honey goes straight from the hive to your jar. Our Allergy Blend is suitable to treat symptoms for those living in central to north Florida.

Wildflower Honey
Our Wildflower honey has a more neutral flavor than orange blossom honey, making it more preferable to some. Ours is enhanced by many native Florida wildflowers that grow in the late spring and early summer months. This wildflower is a very mild, light-colored honey which is delicious, very smooth, and always enjoyable.

Original Creamed Honey/Cinnamon Creamed Honey
This honey is blended into a smooth creamy spread that will enhance the tastiest of breads, tea, and even coffee.
